Lighting!

At the design center a few months ago I had to pick a lighting package for the whole house interior. The choices weren't so great, and I knew I'd be replacing all of it after closing. This was the one I went with that didn't cost me any extra but was the least offensive. I'm pretty sure I had this lighting package in my college apartment so maybe that's why I went with it ;). I can't wait to get it down and donate it to Habitat for Humanity though!
I can't replace them before we close because they have to install something for inspection, but it can't be my lighting because it won't be covered by their insurance. Boo. Adam says he can hang them himself, but I'm leaning toward getting an electrician. You know. . . just in case ;).
I've gotten most of the lighting in, and I'm so excited! I found a great Fourth of July sale at Lighting New York. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The customer service was great, the packaging was superb and the delivery was on time and seamless! For right now it's hanging out in the storage unit waiting to go to it's place, but I feel great just knowing it's there!
Here's what we went with:
Outdoor Lighting
Foyer
Study
Dining Room
Kitchen Island
Breakfast Room: This is the chandelier I currently have from our old house. I'm not totally sold on it yet though. Hmm. . .
Here are my other options I'm thinking of for this room:
The room will look basically like this:

I also wanted to replace the smaller fans in the living room, master, gameroom and media room. I'll reuse those fans in the secondary bedrooms though. We're one of those families that can't sleep without fans! Here's what I'm replacing the fans with:
I also will replace the secondary bath vanity lights with these:
And the Master bath lights will be one of these depending on if we go with over head or sconce lighting:
That's the lighting so far! Let there be light!
