Trim and Extra Trim

Maybe it's an East Coast thing, but I me some crown molding! Really I do. It's almost a joke with our builder the amount of molding I wanted in this house. The only place I didn't add it was in the bathrooms and the closets. And I'm almost wishing I had ;)! It just gives rooms such a clean, polished, finished look to me. They've been trimming out the house for about a week now. It's crazy how long it takes to get it all up, caulk and paint. There were a few places I had them remove the trim because we have cabinets that go to the ceiling so it isn't necessary. Although knowing me I may love a double layer!

And remember how I didn't ask for it in the bathroom? Well they put it in the bathroom by mistake. It's a bank error in my favor! Woo hoo! And I love the way it looks!

Maybe the closets need a little trim after all!

Next up is the living room ceiling. I've agonized about that ceiling for too many nights!
